It is a natural biodegradable fibre, it is very strong and it is single count. Cotton flocked surfaces are quite soft and dull as well as being abrasion resistant. Made from cotton fabric and jersey scraps, the diameter of this fibre is almost always the same no matter where it is produced. Since it is only single count (the fibre’s thickness), it can only be made into one kind of flock. The only difference can be slight variations in the grinding length.
