Protecting the environment and preventing pollution are priority aspects when considering strategic choices at Fratelli Casati. The manufacturing unit at Fratelli Casati is equipped with a chemical-physical waste water treatment plant with technical and scientific characteristics denominated “industry 4.0” in the European plan and it is monitored at a distance through a system of remote maintenance and diagnostics that is controlled via internet.
Our attention to the safety and health of our Flock begins with a careful selection of the suppliers, raw materials, substances and dyes used during the stages of manufacturing. We also use systems to contain and abate atmospheric emissions, techniques to reduce energy consumption and processes to recuperate and recycle part of the raw materials and packaging used in the production of Flock.
Some of our dye and chemical suppliers have adhered to ISO 14001 (Environmental management Standard) and others have taken concrete steps to adhere to ZDHC 2020 (Zero Discharge Hazardous Chemicals).
